As the heart of Behavioral Solutions, Tori brings more than 17 years of dedicated service supporting children and young adults with autism and developmental differences. With a Master of Science in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Virginia licensure (LBA), and multiple additional certifications, she brings extensive, firsthand expertise in ABA therapy, behavioral interventions, and individualized educational support for children and young adults ages 3 to 22.
Tori is known for her people-first leadership style and unwavering commitment to the families she serves. Her approach blends research-based strategies with compassion, ensuring services are both clinically sound and deeply individualized. Throughout her career, she has developed and overseen evidence-based treatment plans, conducted functional behavior assessments, and supported multidisciplinary teams in delivering coordinated, sustainable services across home, school, and community settings.
